This beach house is situated right on the swimming beach of
Salt Rock, where there are lifeguards every day on duty, and shark nets. The house itself consists of a main house, with four bedrooms, main on suite, and another separate bathroom, toilet, and shower facility.
There is also a pool. A well-equipped kitchen and dining area with fridge freezer and bar fridge is available. The lounge has a TV, and DStv all connected, providing all the Satellite channels and local broadcast stations and M-Net. There is a secondary cottage with 2 bedrooms on suite. All bedrooms in the house and cottage have two beds each, making up to 12 beds overall. There is one undercover parking, and the property as a whole is well secured with a wall, automatic gates and security alarm systems.
Two domestic helpers are available to service the property, and assist in any queries as well as to do laundry on a daily basis.
All linen is supplied with the exception to bath towels and beach towels, and any consumable goods must be brought by the occupants, including toilet paper and soap.
The Salt Rock area has many restaurants, take away deliveries, large shopping centres close by (
Umhlali Golf Course are approximately 10 minutes away.
