If you want to relax on the beach and enjoy a luxurious stay this four star
rated ground floor apartment is definitely the place to be.
The apartment will greet you with an open plan kitchen equipped with grill
microwave, hob, fridge/freezer and more than adequate cutlery and crockery to
make any meal preparation a pleasure. No need to argue about washing up
afterwards as the dishwasher will do it for you.
For the lazy days or big sport event the lounge has been equipped with big
screen LCD TV, DVD player, surround sound and DSTV decoder with its own smart
card.
Unit 99 is situated in the Northern wing of the complex which makes the patio
the ideal escape from the unfriendly south easterly winds. This is the ideal
place to unwind, light up the braai, relax and enjoy the tranquility. With the
complex pool only meters away you can enjoy a swim as often as you like.
There is more that adequate space in the fully fitted bedrooms to accommodate
the modern traveler’s needs in the utmost comfort. The main bedroom offers a
queen sized bed, sliding door access to the patio and full en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a tri-bunk which can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and
a child. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower. Both bedrooms are fitted
with quality bedding and ceiling fans.
All linen, bath and beach towels are provided and will be changed weekly. Should
you stay for more than seven nights the flat will be serviced and the towels
will be changed after the third night. Please note that daily cleaning of the
apartment is not included in the rates. Arrangements for daily cleaning, if
required, can be made with the housekeeping agent upon your arrival, and will be
at an added cost.
Security in the complex is very important to the owners and access to the
complex is remote controlled with 24 hour security ensuring safe living and
parking.
