This 4 bedroom house sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably with extra beds for
children and is ideal for divers, golfers, large families etc. Pets are welcome.
The house has a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. 8 meters of
stack back doors open onto the veranda with stunning sea views (200m from the
shoreline).
The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and
microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. It also has a
beautiful sea view for those trapped in the kitchen.
The lounge area is equipped with an LCD TV with full DStv and DVD player.
The dining room table seats 8 people.
The fire place is currently decorative only.
Bedding and bath towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels.
The unit is serviced.
There is plenty of off-street parking space available.
A large stainless steel braai is provided.
There is an alarm system with armed response.
All rooms are air-conditioned and ensuite.
There is a 5th bathroom with a bath. All ensuites have showers only.
As yet we do not have a garage or pool.
Umkomaas is a Mecca for scuba divers. The Aliwal Shoal is frequently rated as
one of the top ten diving destinations in the world. Dive Centres, Golf course,
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Umkomaas is 30 minutes south of Durban on the N2.
