The unit has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds & there are 2 camp beds for children.

Mtunzi Cottage is situated right on the beach with a stunning sea view. There is a garden in front with private braai facilities over-looking the sea with only the marine reserve bush between the chalet and the sea. As it is situated at the end of a complex there is no through traffic and is very quiet and safe for children. The unit has DStv (full bouquet), air-conditioning, a dishwasher and microwave, a lock-up safe as well as a Laundromat and lovely pool in the complex. All linen is provided including bath towels, but please bring your own swimming/beach towels. There is a carport and at night and weekends a security guard patrols the area.

The local beach where one can relax and paddle in the rock pools is very quiet and a 2-minute walk from the cottage. The main Scottburgh beach is a 5-minute drive away and the Golf Course is within walking distance. There are lovely sea views from the lounge, main bedroom and front patio.

Scottburgh boasts numerous really excellent restaurants both in the town and in the nearby vicinity. Deep-sea fishing and diving can be arranged locally. Fishing is particularly good right in front of the cottage.

There is a shopping centre nearby which has among others a Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Mr Price, Clicks , Wimpy, Milky Lane, Debonairs, Mozam Prawn and Steers.

The cottage is non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside on the patio
Strictly no pets allowed
Noise levels must be kept within reason
Occupation may be taken after 1pm on the day of arrival and tenants must vacate the unit by 9am on the day of departure
