Self-Catering Cottage on Karweyderskraal Farm:
Tucked away in the picturesque mountains of the Hemel en Aarde Valley near Hermanus, lies "Heaven & Earth", a selfcatering cottage on a farm.
Rustic and cosy in its appearance with thick walls and wooden beams oozing lots of character. Energetic young farmer Danie and his wife Sonja renovated the dilapidated building to it's former glory; that of a typical open-plan farm dwelling.
The farm boasts a beautiful dam, an adventurous hiking trail into the mountain through a forest. Don't be surprised if you startle a duiker or ribbok on the way!
Come and experience the ambience and atmosphere of a Western Cape farm in the mountains. It is situated 10km from Hermanus which is known for their famous whale festival and swimming in the sea is therefore only 15 minutes away. Also closely accessible to
Stanford and Arabella Hotel.
This selfcatering cottage can sleep 6 persons & consists of:
Small open plan kitchen: refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven
and cutlery
Bathroom: only shower facility
Lounge: Fireplace, DSTV and DVD/CD Player
1 Queen size bed: provided with bedding - part of open plan cottage
2 single beds: provided with bedding - part of open plan cottage
Separate bedroom consists of:
