Situated between St Michaels on Sea and Uvongo's popular Swimming Beaches,
and a mere 300 metres from "Orange Rocks" a favourite spot for Anglers you will
find Fishermans Paradise. The Large House is 700 metres from St Michaels on Sea,
an easy scenic walk along the beachfront.
The House consists of Six Bedrooms and can accommodate 16 people:
Three Bedrooms have Double Beds, Two Bedrooms have Two Single Beds and a Bunk
Bed each, One Bedroom Has Two Single Beds.
There are Three Double Bathrooms, one en-suite. A fully Fitted Kitchen with
Microwave and Separate Deepfreeze, A Dining room, Lounge and a Games Room with
Coin Operated Pool Table and a Dart Board. A TV set and Decoder are available,
however you would need to bring your own Smartcard to activate DStv.
Towels are not provided, but all other Linen, Crockery and Cutlery is provided.
A Washing Machine, and Ironing Facilities are provided.
A Palisade fence surrounds the house with two entrances, as access can be gained
from either Colin Road or Arron Road. The property is situated on a corner stand
There is open parking for Six Cars and space for Boats as the "Sonny Evans Ski
Boat" Launch Base is approximately 3km away.
Attached to the Property and accessed by steps is a large Wooden Deck which
offers an uninterrupted Sea View. Under the Wooden Deck is a Patio with Wooden
Table & Chairs which provides shade from the Midday Sun.
A fire Pit and Braai Facilities are provided together with a Webber.
Within a 5km radius you will find Restaurants, Supermarkets, Bottle Stores, a
Post Office, Service Stations. Doctors and Pharmacies. Two of the South Coasts
Largest Shopping Malls are within a 10km radius. St Michaels on Sea is one of
the Hottest Surfing Spots, Uvongo the Boogey Boarders beach of Choice as well as
a Fishing Pier. Both beaches have paddling pools as well as a Seafood Restaurant
at St Michaels and an Italian Restaurant at Uvongo.
The House is serviced daily by the Domestic Worker who resides on the property,
and she will have the keys on your arrival. Please leave the keys with her when
you depart.
