It took a lot of hard work to recapture Fairview's long lost splendour and elegance and we invite you to share in our beautiful home and gardens when you next have to choose accommodation in the Garden Route.

In 1984 the Benkensteins bought Fairview and took up the challenge to rescue this historic George landmark. Desmond is the creative force behind the glorious gardens and Philda runs the Guesthouse.

Fairview offers non-smoking holiday and business accommodation, at reasonable rates. Two spacious rooms downstairs and one guestroom upstairs, all with en-suite/private shower bathrooms. The upstairs family room can sleep 4 people comfortably. Polished wooden floors, brass and iron four poster beds from a bygone era, antique furniture and working fireplaces lend warmth and character to the spacious high-ceilinged rooms.
