Looking for a relaxing seaside escape from the hustle and bustle of life. No.10 Mallorca will not disappoint. Our four sleeper ground floor apartment, set on two levels, is safe, beautiful, spacious and offers magnificent views of the Indian Ocean.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other room has two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms, including a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room and dining area leading onto a spacious veranda with personal braai facilities.
Set in the quieter Southern end of Umdloti, the complex offers an attractive swimming pool which is in view from the veranda and balcony and has an ideal shallow end for children, surrounded by lush, well-kept tropical gardens. Not even a two minute walk through the gardens, out the pedestrian gate and across the road brings you out onto the beach, which offers sheltered swimming among the many rock pools. Parking outside of the complex along the beach road is very limited, which reduces the number of beach users.
A two minute drive or a ten minute walk takes you to the buzzing hub of Umdloti where you will find numerous restaurants, the famous Bush Tavern, a well-equipped grocery store and a petrol station. Ushaka International Airport is only a 10 minute drive away.
All linen is provided in the unit, however guests are asked to bring their own bath and beach towels. The unit has its own designated secure undercover parking. The complex operates under strict conduct rules, with specific emphasis on noise and number of occupants per unit, which ensures a comfortable, peaceful stay at a destination you will no doubt want to return to.
