Cancellation less than 7 days prior forfeits the full account.
Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior forfeits 75% of the account.
Cancellation 15 to 21 days prior forfeits 50% of the account.
Cancellation 22 to 28+ days prior forfeits 25% of the account.
