50% deposit is required to secure the reservation which will be forfeited if the reservation is not honoured and a alternative suitable tenant is not found. The balance of the payment is due at least 7 days before the reservation date.

A breakage deposit is also required that will be refunded within 30 days after the last date of the reservation.
