Daily Rates:

Bed & Breakfast room rate from R480 per night.
Rates include 14% VAT.
Master- and Visa Credit Cards are welcome.

  1. Special rates for longer bookings: -5% for more than 4 nights & -10% for more than 10 nights. Monthly rates also accepted for long term bookings.
  2. 50% deposit required for bookings 3 nights or longer. Balance to be settled on arrival.
  3. Not VAT registered.

Terms Of Payment
IMPORTANT BOOKING PROCEDURE:
1. Quotation valid till published date
2. Confirm reservation via email, telephone or fax to Warmkaros.
3. Settle 100% to secure the reservation. Payment by: published date.
4. Use quotation no. as payment reference. Fax / email us the proof of payment.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Less than 7days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 7-14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
From 14-21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21-28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If a booking is cancelled well in advance and the service can be relet an administration fee of 10% of the
value of the deposit will be charged.
Arrival & Departure Times
B&B Arrival Time: Between 15h00 - 20h00. An additional management fee will be charged for arrivals after 20h00 without adequate prior arrangement.
B&B Departure Time: By 10h00. Unfortunately WarmKaros does not offer discount for any early departures without prior arrangement.

GENERAL POINTS:
Bed & Breakfast in Vincent Heights (32°58'33.77"S ∙ 27°54'43.36"E) has DSTV and study desks available in all units. Hotspot internet connection available in all rooms. Secure on site parking. We supply all bed linen and towels. Please bring own beach towels.
The stylish Conference & Function House in Selborne (32°59'51.70"S ∙ 27°54'05.85"E) is ideal for your office training sessions, break away meetings and celebrations. Venues are equipped with standard conference equipment and data projectors.
