An oasis…. A gem….. This very special holiday home has a unique character and is tranquility personified. Beautiful ocean views, stunning sunsets, a large patio with built-in braai on the edge of a spectacular terraced private garden featuring a shielded wood fired hot tub, pergola (Kreefgat), potjie area (Kuiergat) and all sorts of intimate nooks and crannies….. Stroll down the garden path to the beach with tidal pool, dip your toes in the sand on the wooden swing, chill in the tickle tub with your favorite beverage or have fresh crayfish (seasonal) brought to your door by the local divers.
Located in Britannia Bay, St Helena Bay on the West Coast, the self-catering villa can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 singles and a bunk bed comprising 1 three quarter and 1 single). The family bathroom has a bath and shower. Entrance to one of the bedrooms is separate from the main house via the patio. This bedroom contains the 2 single beds, a bar fridge, basin and tea/coffee facilities. A sheltered hot outside shower, toilet and basin is easily accessible.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with 4 plate gas hob, extractor, air fryer, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, cutlery, crockery and an island unit with stools. The lounge has air-con, a fireplace and comfy seating but please note, no television. A wooden dining table provides ample space for guests to enjoy their meals together.
Although no garage, on-site parking for two vehicles is available. Power is solar so off the grid and uncapped wi-fi is complimentary.
