Lutzville Golf Club

Lutzville is said to be home to one of the best 9 hole golf courses in the West Coast region of the Western Cape. The course itself, which was opened in 1984, is a parklands course which is often quite challenging for those with low handicaps. The Par 72 course stretches over 5412 metres for men and 4452 metres for the ladies and is open from Tuesday to Sunday every week with visitors always welcome. Lutzville Golf Club is especially worth the visit in the spring months when it is quite possible that you would find it bursting with the colours of the Namaqualand flowers.

Directions from Cape Town.
Travel north on the N7 for 270km (past Malmesbury and Clanwilliam) heading towards Klawer.
Turn left onto the R363 and proceed on the R363 for 46km until you reach Lutzville.
At the 4-way stop, turn left, and then take the first left again.
At the T-junction, turn right, and proceed until you see the golf course on your left hand side.
