Day Guests
Day guest, are most welcome, 24hr notice for meals, spa treatments and any activities are essential – pool restaurant closes at 15h00 for lunch, however can still serve beverages until 17h00.

Children
Children over the age of 12yrs are welcome.

Pets
No pets are allowed.

Transfers
Airport transfers are available from/to Margate airport at R1500 a round trip, max 2 people, 72hrs notice is essential, single trip is R1200 per max 2 people.

Deposits
100% payment is required when

• Arrival date 0 – 3 days, credit card details required to confirm reservation
• Arrival date 4 – 7 days, full payment required within 24hours
• Any single night stay, full payment required within 48hours
• Any peak period booking, full payment required within 72hours

Subject to the above deposit rules, 50% payment is required when:

• Arrival date is 8 days or more, 50% deposit required within 48hours

Agents, 3rd Party and Group Bookings (2 rooms and more)

• Arrival date 8 – 30 days, 100% payment required within 48hours
• Arrival date 31days or more, 50% payment required within 48hours and balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival date

CANCELLATION POLICY

Normal Season

• 0 to 15 days to arrival 100% forfeit
• 16 to 30 days to arrival 50% forfeit
• 31 days & more to arrival 10% forfeit

Peak Season

• 0 to 30 days to arrival 100% forfeit
• 31 to 50 days to arrival 50% forfeit
• 51 days and over from arrival 10% forfeit

Gate
Gate closes at 18h30, arrangements can be made for a late arrival provided we have been notified. Lights meals can be arranged on request to be placed in your room.
