Terms Of Payment
50% of total accommodation cost to be paid as deposit within 48 hours after making the booking, the balance is to be paid 2 days before arrival.
No cheque deposits will be accepted
Keys will only be handed over once the full amount agreed upon is paid and proof of payment received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation to be effected in writing 14 days or more prior to arrival date and refund will only be done if the unit is booked for the same period, in respect of cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date, NO REFUND.

In the event of No-Show and Peak Period cancellations, NO REFUND

These times are flexible unless a group is coming in or out on the same day as you
Please arrange key collection during working hours as after hours service cannot be guaranteed
Rules/Conditions
Bring the following

The lodge provides towels & linen but advise that if you require any extra to please provide your own. Toilet paper is provided on arrival but you are advised to please make sure you supply your own toilet paper & consumables.


CONDUCT RULES

The Ferryman Inn specify the maximum number of persons which may occupy a particular unit (regardless of age), occupation to the unit will not be granted if you are more that the party size reflected on your booking confirmation.

Please consider other guests in the lodge, no noise after 10pm

Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool or any other lodge facilities.

Unit must be left in similar condition as found.

Basic cleaning service is provided, if full day cleaning service is required this can be arranged at an additional cost.

No Smoking in the units

No pets allowed

If it is found that you are not adhering to above rules you will be requested to vacate the property with immediate effect with no refund.

Optional extra’s must be booked & paid 7 days prior to arrival
R150 for a cleaning service per day
R150 for a night watch per night
 
Please bring your own towels, toiletries& consumables that you will need for your stay and any extra linen you may need. as only basic linen is provided
 
Beds at Sea will not be held responsible for problems experienced during your stay with regards to water & electricity outages as UGU & ESKOM issues are beyond our control. We have Jojo Tanks installed at the following houses for your convenience : Shirley, Hanky Dory, Dees, Uvongo. PLEASE USE WATER SPARINGLY
