Terms Of Payment
To make the reservation and secure your booking we would require a 50% deposit of the total cost of accommodation.
The balance remaining is payable 21 days before arrival.
Banking details will be provided when necessary.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation or existing reservation booking is exchangeable, or to be carried over or moved for a new date. ONLY in the case of death or hospitalization of the person for whom the booking is reserved.

Refunds for cancellations will only be made according to length of notice of cancellation “PROVIDED”, if and only if an alternative reservation booking for the exact date can be made.
If in any case guest is unable to “honor” his reservation booking it will be considered as a cancellation.

This is a upmarket apartment that is rented out for holiday letting, it is very well maintained and all fixtures are regularly inspected and repaired by the owner.

The apartment has been serviced and reserved for our Non-Smoking guests. NO SMOKING ALLOWED in this apartment. Smoking in this apartment may result in a deep cleaning fee.

Please keep the doors, sliding doors, and windows closed if the air conditioner is running.

Be aware that UVB & UVA sun protection products leave stubborn stains on bedding (linen) and furniture.

Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages etc.

No Pets/Birds are allowed or any group of Students/ Matriculants.

Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons, children included is (8) EIGHT persons to sleep
More people then that would be asked to leave immediately.

No disorderly conduct whatsoever is allowed. Any misbehavior or disturbances will lead to immediate eviction.

Prior to departure, please ensure that the apartment is locked, and left in same condition as it was. On departure, if excessive cleaning needs to be carried out a R500-00 fee will be levied.

Please remember to drop off key where arrangements are made. This location will be given once final payment has been made and reflected into owners account.

We take care to ensure that all TV’S AND APPLIANCES ARE IN WORKING ORDER. Faulty appliances and TV’s will be attended to as soon as possible, and no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard.

Please remember to bring own bath and beach towels.
