| Terms Of Payment |
| A deposit of 50% is due within 48 hours of invoice to secure your reservation. The remainder is due 4 days before check-in. Payment can be made by Electronic Fund Transfer, or the outstanding balance can be paid in cash upon arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellations and No-shows: If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance no cancellation fee will be due. If the guest communicates the cancellation between 30-20 days before the stay, a cancellation fee of 25% of the entire amount will be applied. If the guest communicates the cancellation within 10 days and 1 day before the stay, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. If the guest fails to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be applied. Changing dates of a reservation will be considered and applied where possible, and is subject to the cancellation policy if alternative dates cannot be accommodated. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Guests are welcome to check in to their accommodation between 2pm and 8:00pm on the day of arrival. Guests are required to check out by no later than 10am on the day of departure. Early check in and late check out can be arranged but will depend on incoming and outgoing guest bookings. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| Smoking: For the comfort of our guests, Sunbird Cottage & House are non-smoking establishments. Indemnity: You will be required to sign and indemnity for upon arrival, it will be on a clipboard in the kitchen. Loss or Damage to Sunbird Cottage: Should Sunbird Cottage suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly. Right of Admission Reserved: Sunbird Cottage at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights. Should Sunbird Cottage at any time need to exercise this right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard. |
