|Terms Of Payment|
|Quotations/Enquiries are valid for 3 days from date of reply to your enquiry e-mail. We do not reserve dates without receipt of payment, and work on a first come first served basis.|
A 30 % deposit of total amount secures your booking enquiry. Should no deposit be received within this period, your enquiry will become null and void.
Emailed proof of eft payment to our bank account will act as your confirmation of booking.
The full outstanding amount will be due at least 14 days prior to your arrival except in PEAK season the full amount will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. (including breakage deposit)
Bookings made 14 or less days in advance of arrival will be due in full upon booking and before your arrival (including breakage deposit)
R1500 breakage deposit to be deposited 14 days prior to arrival. Breakage deposits are fully refundable within 3 – 10 days of departure, assuming there are no breakages, damages or losses etc.
Cleaning services are available upon request and at additional cost of R250 per day. Services are not available on a Sundays & public holidays, unless specifically requested, and then an overtime rate will apply.
|Cancellation up to 30 days before occupation – a refund of 25% will be made.|
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made.
NO REFUND FOR PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS.
If available, we are quite willing to re-schedule your booking to a more suitable date, however, this will depend on availability of the unit at that time.
|Arrival & Departure Times|
|Unless agreed in advance, arrival should be from 14:00 p.m. and departure 14:00 p.m. on a Sunday and 9:00 a.m. on any other day.|
We normally have no problems should you want to arrive a bit earlier or leave later on the day of departure, however, this will depend on arrangements being agreed upon in writing, and is dependant on whether we have another check in / check out on the same day.

|No bookings will be acceptable should there not be an Adult aged over 25 years with the party staying in the Summerhouse.|
Entry will not be allowed on arrival at should payment in full, including the Breakages Deposit, not have been received in our bank account. No keys will not be handed over unless full payment has been received. No Cash Will be accepted in lieu of payment.
Any complaints regarding the conduct of anyone staying at Summerhouse may result in security escorting everyone off the property and no refund being made. We have a strict policy of no parties/events/loud music to be held at the house, and a noise curfew of 10.30pm. The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is for the purpose of a quiet, relaxed getaway.
Apart from guests booked into the house, no additional visitors are allowed to stay over / sleep over in the house under any circumstances.
Bath towels are provided, but kindly bring own beach towels.
Pets may be allowed by written consent of Summerhouse only. Should Summerhouse consent to your pets accompanying you for the holiday, you will take full responsibility for any damage/nuisance caused by your pet if applicable.
Day visitors are allowed but may not stay over without prior arrangement.
Only 2 vehicles may park in the double garage. A third, smaller vehicle may park inside the driveway only. No vehicles to be parked on the slipway.
The Owners and/or the Summerhouse Agents/Representatives will not be held responsible for any theft, injury or any other claims of whatsoever nature, under any circumstances whatsoever.
