| To secure a reservation at Stellenbosch Townhouse, full payment is required in advance. The booking is not confirmed until 100% of the payment is received and a confirmation email is sent from Stellenbosch Townhouse. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Should payment not be received as stipulated, Stellenbosch Townhouse reserves the right to cancel the reservation. All extras are to be settled on departure by guests. Rates are subject to change without prior notice as a result of periodic notifications from Stellenbosch Townhouse Management. |

| Given our 100% prepayment policy, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date. |

| Check-in from 3.00 pm. Departure by 11.00 am. Arrivals and departures outside of the times stated above are only possible subject to availability and with prior contact with our reservation or reception teams. Such arrivals and departures will be charged accordingly. |

| 1. Booking Confirmation: To secure a reservation at Stellenbosch Townhouse, full payment is required in advance. The booking is not confirmed until 100% of the payment is received and a confirmation email is sent from Stellenbosch Townhouse. 2. Children's Policy: Children of all ages are welcome at Stellenbosch Townhouse. A maximum of 4 children can share with 2 adults per stay. Baby cots are available on request for children under 3 years old. Babysitters can also be arranged upon request. 3. Minimum Stay: We require a minimum stay of 2 nights for all bookings. 4. Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Please note that all bank charges and fees associated with the payment will be borne by the guest. 5. Cancellation Policy: Given our 100% prepayment policy, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. No-Show Policy: If guests do not arrive on the expected date, this will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. 7. Early Departure: In the case of early departures where the guest chooses to leave before their scheduled check-out date, no refund will be given. 8. Check-In/Out: Check-in time starts from 3:00 PM on the arrival date and check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM on the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 9. Included in Rates: Rates are for the entire townhouse, per night and include luxury accommodation, full breakfast served in the comfort of your townhouse, mini bar, Nespresso coffee, wireless internet access, and the services listed on our website. 10. **Not Included in Rates:** Meals other than breakfast, dry cleaning, airport transfers, and any staff gratuities are not included in the rates and will be charged separately. 11. Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Stellenbosch Townhouse property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. A damage deposit of ZAR 5000 must be paid before or upon arrival by wire transfer or credit card. If no damage has been noted at the time of departure, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer on the same day as check-out or within two to three days at the latest if this falls during the weekend 12. Liability: The Stellenbosch Townhouse assumes no liability for theft, loss or damage, of any kind, to the guest's personal property during their stay. Please note that by booking a stay at the Stellenbosch Townhouse, you agree to comply with the above policies.
