A 5 minute walk takes you to the beach for excellent walking on white sands, safe swimming whilst enjoying a cup coffee or a light meal. Within 2 to 3 blocks you'll find the railway station, family restaurants, shops, tourist information, a library, and sporting facilities - absolutely everything you need for a tranquil holiday.
On the other hand, drive a few kilometres to the historic naval town of Simons Town and Kalk Bay, where Seafood abounds. You can also visit the well-known Brass Bell restaurants. Not too far and you're in the stunning City of Cape Town with its Paarl - any distance ranging from 20km to a comfortable 100km drive.
