Terms and Conditions
50% deposit required within 48 hours to secure dates and balance 2 weeks prior to checkin.
EFT only. We do not hold dates unless payment is made.
A refundable breakage/key deposit of R750 is charged excluding the rates.
This amount will be refunded to the guest within 7 days into their bank acount, provided the keys with remotes are returned and there is no breakage.

Cancellations
1 month before checkin, 50%Refund
2 weeks before checkin, 25% Refund.
Less than 2 weeks before checkin, 0% Refund.

All key and breakage deposits must be paid to the property prior to check-in. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, providing all is in order, that is, the keys are returned with remotes, and theres no breakage or damage to anything on the property including stains on the linen. If you find any item damaged on the property, feel free to call us during your stay, we will be glad to assist.

PLEASE BE MADE AWARE THAT THE SMALL REFUNDABLE R750 DEPOSIT WE CHARGE IS NOT ONLY FOR BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. IF YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING, YOU ARE ACCEPTING OUR TERMS AND HOUSE RULES.

. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED.

.PLEASE KEEP THE HOUSE SECURE AND CLOSE/LOCK WINDOWS AND DOORS WHEN LEAVING. MAKE SURE THE STOVE IS OFF AND TAPS ARE CLOSED. WHEN THE MUSIC IS ON, PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF NEIGHBOURS .

 PLEASE TIDY UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE BRINGING THE HOUSE AS CLOSE TO HOW YOU RECEIVED IT AND AS PER HOUSE RULES. THIS WILL HELP US BE ON TIME FOR INCOMING GUESTS.

.LITTER GOES INTO THE BINS PROVIDED.

.THE POTS ARE TO BE USED ON THE STOVE ONLY. POTS, PANS USED ON THE FIRE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY RESULTING IN A COST BEING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.

.ALL POTS , PANS AND ROASTWARE MUST BE WASHED AFTER USE AND STORED AWAY.

.STORING FOOD IN THE POTS AND PANS ARE NOT ALLOWED. DO NOT LEAVE POTS, PANS, ROASTERS OR DISHES IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER. 

IT IS TIME CONSUMING FOR THE CLEANER TO CLEAR UP GREASED POTS, PANS AND BRAAI ROASTERS AND STILL BE READY FOR THE INCOMING GUEST . THIS RESULTS IN THE INCOMING GUEST HAVING A LATER CHECK-IN AND A R350 REFUND, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.

.WE HAVE A FIBRE-GLASS POOL, JUMPING INTO THE POOL IS NOT ALLOWED, TO PREVENT CRACKS.

.PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL PUMP OR CREEPY CRAWLY.

.THE POOL IS CLEANED BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN. WE HAVE A POOL BRUSH/NET FOR YOUR USE.

.PETS ARE WELCOME, BUT NOT ON THE BED, OR COUCH AND BEFORE YOU LEAVE, PLEASE CLEAN UP ALL PET POO ON THE OUTSIDE YARD.
.CHECKOUT IS STRICTLY 10AM UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH CAROLINE.
