Refundable breakage deposit R7500.
Minimum 3 nights stay.
Book in between 15h00 and 17h00 unless prior arrangement.
Exit by 10am to allow for cleaning and set up for next guests.
R900 exit clean compulsory additional charge.
ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Rates are quoted per night.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
Owners reserve the right to maintain the property or service equipment during your stay. The owners would contact you in this event.

Terms Of Payment

This property has a R 3 000 refundable breakage deposit.

An authorization hold will be placed on the guest credit card.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.

Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, 20% of the deposit will be charged.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Arrival & Departure Times

Guests may arrive from 14h00 to allow for cleaning.

They must arrive before 17h00 or we will have to pay extra for the meet and greet.

Guests must leave by 10am.
