House Rules / Conditions:
Sleeps 2 adults with an additional sleeping option of a sleeper couch (single mattress pulls out) in the lounge for up to 2 small / young kids or an adult. (No extra guests allowed to stay overnight)
No Smoking in the unit
No Pets
Guests should not feed the monkeys or other wildlife on the property
Plants in the garden should not be damaged
Quiet time is from 10:00pm – 8am; No unruly behaviour, parties or excess drinking will be tolerated. If you do not comply with this rule, we may ask you to leave the cottage and the remainder of your rental fee and time will be forfeited.
Lost keys incur a replacement fee

Don’t damage the furniture and rearrange the furniture, especially not the patio table outside, it is 2ookg!
No open fire in the house, this includes lighting of candles and incense.

Basic cleaning services are available Monday to Friday and Saturday (optional). Public Holiday and Sunday cleaning services are arranged at an additional cost. 
A laundry service can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
