 Self catering apartment in secure complex situated on the beach front in the heart of Margate - offering the most exquisite and breathtaking sea view and sun rises right on your doorstep!!!

A mere walking distance from all amenities with the main swimming beach literally around the corner - this could be your ultimate holiday destination.

The apartment consists of:
3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with baths and showers), spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with a customised built in bar, entertaining patio with gas braai and stunning view of the ocean, air conditioners in all rooms, secure tandem lock-up garage. Swimming pool in complex with charcoal braai facilities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite tops and upmarket appliances. Dishwasher included.

Washing machine and tumble dryer is standard in the apartment.

Daily service can be arranged, but is not included in the rates.

Bed linen is supplied, but guests must bring own beach towels.

The lounge has a television with a DStv decoder (no smart card required).

Places to visit and things to do: Oribi Gorge, Snake Park, Scuba Diving, Wildcoast Casino, Croc World, Beaver Creek Coffee Farm, Waffle Hut, Shelly Shopping Centre, South Coast Mall, galleries, craft shops and much more. Restaurants, cinemas and entertainment within walking distance. For more information on venues, visit the tourism office in Shelley Shopping Centre.

Golf Clubs: A choice of 10 top golfing venues to choose from.

Airports: Margate Airport is located less than 10 km from the apartment and offers various convenient return flights.
King Shaka International Airport in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal is approximately 2 hours drive to Margate.

Payment process: 31 days prior to arrival date - 80% of total fees 15 days prior to arrival date - 100% of total fees Breakage deposit - R900.00 Please note: Deposit is refundable after the inventory and apartment have been checked. However, any lost/damaged items, including negligence to the property and excessive dirt and cleaning will be deducted from the breakage deposit. Kindly be advised that the deposit will be refunded within 7 working days. Daily cleaning is not included in the rate, but can be arranged directly with ProClean at your own expense. Please make provision for at least 24 hours notice. ProClean can be reached on 072 213 2912.

Note: The min stay for out of season is 3 nights and if they wish to stay for 2 nights only, the rate per night is R1950.00 Apartment is located on the 4th floor - parental supervision for children below 12 years of age is essential. No students and/or school leavers permitted to stay in the unit without adult supervision. Non Smoking unit - smoking on the balcony / patio only. No pets allowed. Guests must ensure that the inventory list is checked upon arrival and advise Jade, the managing agent immediately of any discrepancies.
