MINIMUM 5 NIGHTS RENTAL

Superior Villa situated in a quiet central location overlooking the gardens between the dams on the Sanlameer Estate. Estate facilities include a Blue Flag Beach, 18hole golf course, 9hole Mashie course, swimming pools, tennis & squash courts, hiking trails, spa, kids play area etc. The Natal South Coast is known for it's beautiful warm weather throughout the year and there are many restaurants and activities if you want to explore the South Coast area around the estate.

The Villa is a self catering 4 bedroom unit (sleeps 8); 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) that has been newly refurbished and has airconditioning. Lounge, dining room, patio with braai in quiet central location overlooking the gardens between dams. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. Carport and visitors parking available, private courtyard with washing line. Daily cleaning service included in the accommodation fee. Please note no smoking allowed in the Villa.

    The Villa must be vacated by 10h00 on Departure date.
  • Terms Of Payment
    Deposit: 50% upfront to secure the booking. Balance of accommodation fee as well as R1500.00 breakage deposit and the vehicle access charge to be paid within 8 days of arrival. The breakage deposit or balance is refundable within 7 days of departure.
  • Rules/Conditions
    NO SMOKING or smoking remains allowed in the Villa! # No more than 8 guests (including children) in the Villa (NO EXCEPTIONS)! # The unit is serviced on your request except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. # Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels and dishcloths. # We supply toilet paper and soap ON ARRIVAL ONLY!. # Please use the unit’s laundry facilities if you require washing done – bring own detergent and dish washing soap. # No equipment is provided for sport and leisure at the Villa so please bring your own (rental at the Estate Leisure Desk of certain equipment available). # Please check your Villa inventory on arrival and report any breakage or damages to owner immediately. # The Villa is not equipped with a telephone. Internet services are available at the Estate library at selected times. # Motorcycles and motorised boats are not allowed on the Estate. # No pets are allowed on the Estate. # The Estate and Villa are entered and all facilities used by the guest and all its accompanying people entirely at the guest’s own risk and the Villa owner and all its agents and representatives are herewith indemnified and the guest undertakes to keep them fully indemnified against any claim for damage, injury or liability of whatsoever nature made by any party resulting from the guest and all accompanying people entering and using the Estate and the Villa. # The guest undertakes by written acceptance of the reservation agreement to ensure that, at the end of the letting period, all furniture, equipment and appliances are left in the condition in which they were found. The guest further undertakes to pay for any repairs to said furniture, equipment and appliances, should it be deemed necessary. Reasonable wear and tear taken into consideration, any damaged or missing items will be replaced at the guest's expense. Breakage deposits are refunded (less breakage) within 7 days.
