Out of Season Special: Stay for 7 nights for R6,650 – R950 per day Mid-Season (R1,200 per night) Easter – R1,200 per night March / April / June / July and September / October School Holidays Peak Season (R2,000 per night) 01 December to 15 January Weekend - Special Rate of R1,000 per night - Friday & Saturday night. This rate excludes any long weekends. Long weekend rate of R1,200 per day. |

| Terms and Conditions: NB!! 1. Reservation will only be confirmed with 50% deposit of booking fee together with Key deposit and Admin Fee & balance of booking fee is due 31 days prior to check in date. 2. Cancellation of booking received less than 60 Days prior to arrival date – 50% deposit is retained. (50% of deposit refundable 60 days prior to arrival + Key / Breakage Deposit) 3. Cancellation received less than 30 Days prior to arrival date – 75% deposit is retained. (25% of deposit refundable 30 days prior to arrival + Key / Breakage Deposit) 4. Cancellation received less than 10 Days prior to arrival date – 100% deposit is retained, except Key / Breakage Deposit 5. No REFUNDS for early check outs or late arrivals. 6. The unit may only be occupied from 14h00 on date of arrival and must be vacated, key handed in by 09h30 day of departure (Unless prior arrangements are made). 7. Dishwasher requires dishwashing detergent (Sun) for dishwashers and automatic washing power for a front loading washing machine – Please only use appropriate detergents for these machines – Dishtowels / Dishclothes and other cleaning materials are not provided, also, please bring your own toilet paper. 8. There is a daily ‘cleaning’ service, which includes bed making and dishwashing week days, this service excludes weekends and public holidays, however if your stay is 2 weeks , a full weekly service will be done. We trust you will manage to keep the apartment in a clean and tidy state during your stay. 9. No pets allowed and NO SMOKING INSIDE the unit. Kindly throw all stompies in the dustbin, not on the grass outside the unit. 10. DO NOT REMOVE any crockery, cutlery, towels, duvets, sheets, pillows, mattresses etc. from the apartment, if anything is missing, I will deducted the replacement value of the item from your deposit. 11. Breakages / loss / damages to the property, both inside the unit and outside during your stay must be reported to Delia / Marinda before your departure. 12. Parking bay 51 & 52 [Kindly ensure you only park in the allocated parking bay] |
