| TARIFFS 2024 Tariffs Valid from 01 / 02 / 2024 To 31 / 01 / 2025 *The Villa has 4 Bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. *The Tariff is per Villa per night. Low Season Minimum stay: 2 Nights R4500.00 Per Night Mid-Season (20 MARCH 2024 - 01 APRIL 2024) Minimum stay: 3 Nights R5 200.00 Per Night Peak Season (07 DECEMBER 2024 – 11 JANUARY 2025) Minimum stay: 7 Nights R7 400.00 Per Night *A one-night stay is offered at an additional surcharge of R650.00 Terms Of Payment *A refundable Breakage Fee of R1000.00 (Low and Mid-Season), and R2000.00 (Peak Season) is levied. *The Breakage Fee will be refunded 30 days after departure, less any breakage claims against it. *It is expressly recorded that the interest on the deposit paid accrues to Comfort Havens *A 50% Deposit is required to confirm a booking *Failure to pay the deposit within 72 hours of receipt of acknowledgement of a reservation request, will result in the provisional reservation being cancelled. Arrival & Departure Times *The Villa may only be occupied after 14h00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure. |
