It was a perfect stay for the Group.
From the beginning of the booking, the owner was super friendly until the end. The booking process was easy.
The place itself was beautiful, clean, open, the view - WOW spectacular. It was very accommodating for the group, from the rooms to the braai area. I also loved the security of the place and the response time of the security company. I defiantly recommend the place. Julian is the best I must say.

Our stay at House on the Beach was nothing short of magical! The property lives up to its name, as it is just a few meters from the beach, offering breathtaking views that are the highlight of the experience. The house exudes an island-style charm, perfectly complementing the exotic beach vibe. The pristine beach, with its soft sand and clear waters, feels like a private slice of paradise—ideal for long walks, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the tranquility.

Safety is clearly a priority here, with all measures in place to ensure guests feel secure and well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable, with high-quality bedding that guarantees a good night’s rest. The top-floor rooms offer stunning sea views—waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean was pure bliss!

The amenities provided made our stay incredibly convenient, from TV entertainment and fast fibre internet to a well-equipped entertainment area a sparkling pool and regular cleaning services on request. It was a delight to have everything we needed at our fingertips. Additionally, the property is pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for our family.

The location is another strong point. While the house provides peace and tranquility for those seeking a retreat close to nature, it is also conveniently near other commercial beaches for those looking to explore.

A special mention must go to the host, Julian, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness truly elevated our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.

We can’t recommend House on the Beach enough for anyone looking for a serene, idyllic getaway on the South Coast. It’s a hidden gem, and we are already looking forward to returning.

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous property! Despite the dishwasher not working, we managed to enjoy our 10 nights there. Location, view, house, security, facilities are all great and made our stay a comfortable and very enjoyable one. The beach area and the ease of accessing it is a bonus. We live in Surrey in the United Kingdom and whilst on holiday in South Africa my partner and I spent a week at this stunning 'House on the Beach'. What great value for money, we couldn't have asked for anything better with its safe and tranquil setting right on the beach! With the house equipped with absolutely everything you need together with a superb outside entertainment area and stunning swimming pool we had a fantastic, relaxing holiday. We would highly recommend this 'Beach House’ to anyone wanting an amazing holiday experience! Thank you very much to our host Julian for making this possible.

My visit was a beautiful experience - love the place! Atmosphere is just so relaxing. The view of the beach was tremendously awesome!

"I love this place dad, can you buy it". This was the response from my 8yr daughter. One of the best places on the South Coast if not the best. It felt like i was on an island holiday. I really liked the privacy & gated entrance to the beach. I felt safe & didn't have to worry about locking up the gate & checking the doors. I go to The House on the Beach at least once a yr & I will never stop. It really is a piece of paradise for a family get together

I took the family to House on the Beach Over December 2016. As far as location goes, you cannot do better.
The layout of the house is a little bit odd and the building is getting bit tired, but its still a magnificent venue.
Without a doubt the best choice for a Summer Beach holiday with the family.

Thank you. We have subsequently upgraded the entire kitchen with Caesar stone tops and gas oven. Attended to all areas requiring maintenance. Looking alot better thank you again.

Good place, relaxing and very spacious. Would love to go there again. Good views and everything was in place.

Recently spent a weekend at the Beach House with mates and we had such an awesome weekend, Staff were really friendly, accommodation was clean and comfortable. The highlights, being so close to the sea and the outdoor chill out area. Will definitely be back.
