Our stay was amazing, so much comfortability at our finger tips, it is a safe environment, and close to the beach &shops. Your place is clean and neat, and stacked with all that is needed. Thank you Rob for an awesome stay at your place. Truly it was a home away from home experience. Everything that you could want in this one big house. A place that will ease away everything else from your mind while you settle yourself into a complete relaxation mode. Views that was breath taking ,bedrooms that you could allow yourself to sleep in comfort and know you are safe because of the security in the house. A kitchen that was fully equipped with so much of stuff other than just cutlery a lounge that keeps your kids so busy with not only the movies but a whole lot of board games and not forgetting the back yard that just takes your breath away having a perfect candle lit dinner and when you want and almost having another open plan lounge that allows you to unwind while you listen to the waves and the birds or just watching the stars at night. It was a perfect break away with my family. Well done Rob

We so enjoyed our time at 17 Ramsgate Dunes. It was a comfortable and secure home away from home. My parents were visiting with us from the USA and we had a wonderful family holiday. My girls enjoyed the swimming beach being so close and of course the whales and dolphins visiting daily were a delight! We will definitely be going back.

The unit is spacious, well furnished and well-equipped with numerous comfortable spaces where you can easily relax. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. We felt very at home and secure. The location is great, with a short walk to the beach. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we hope to be back soon!

17 Ramsgate Dunes has been our choice holiday destination for the last 4 years and we have never been disappointed. The house, and particularly the kitchen, is well equipped and comfortable. We felt incredibly secure and at ease.

The property is very well located with fantastic sea views from the main bedroom. A very comfortable home with all the necessary appliances, TV's and entertainment. A short stroll to a great swimming beach. Very quiet, secure complex and excellent value for money.
