Peaceful, serene and relaxing. A few words to describe our wonderful stay at 43 Ocean Breeze. From the cleanliness of the apartment, to the friendly host and security staff on site, it ticked all of the right boxes. The best part was the swimming pool being literally outside the front door, and the beach just a 2 minute stroll (without even crossing any roads) from the complex, it really cooled the scorching heat that Durban brought this weekend. Despite having load shedding during our stay, the thoughtful gesture of having a rechargeable light really assisted. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessary items. Kudos to the host on making our stay a memorable one, which felt like a home away from home.

I decided to take my baby on his first weekend away for his 4th birthday on the 26th June, usually when I go on holiday I leave my baby, but the area is so secure, pool was steps away from my unit, and the staff OMW - I wish I had so much love towards my job. The guard actually came and sang happy birthday for my son at the pool area.
The braai area is a short walk with tables and outdoor shower. The beach is literally in your back yard, the pictures of the place don't do it justice because it's breathe taking ... Guys, the kitchen is fully equipped with non stick pots and pans - who wants to scrub on holiday. There's ladies that come everyday to clean the house while you sip on your wine lol. The highlight for me is the unit has beach toys for the kids - bucket beach, umbrella, mats for the beach .. there's a mall about 2mins away, PNP and Spar which saved me as I needed to buy a birthday gift. There's 2 Tops if you run out of alcohol lol. Like I did ... it's home away from home. I'm already planning my next stay. Oh did I tell you it's the first holiday unit with enough plug points - 2 pin plugs. They even had peaceful sleep spray in the kids room.
I mean I could type an essay - just know it was so amazing! I locked my phone in the safe provided and enjoyed everything around me for 3 days. I'm going back. It's affordable, it's close by, it's safe and secure. Friendly staff and it's super clean. Omg I'm planning my 30th. Thank you Ocean Breeze team. God bless.

Very relaxing homely setup, a house away from home. Catered for everything including load shedding, place was fully equipped to deal with the untimely events, very clean and smart.
