We have 2 very spirited kids and we were very well take care of. The attention to detail, the attention to our family, and the attention to the care and love with which everything is done is just superb. Thank you so much Raymond and team for everything you have done for us. We simply adore this place.
The food was extremely well prepared and we received such great care from you guys. The rooms are awesome, no TVs what a blessing and the area with mountain views sitting outside having a drink and watching the sunset - wicked.

What a wonderful gem of a place. It exceeded all expectations. Beautiful grounds and surroundings with views of the mountains adding that bit of tranquility. Super friendly staff who take care of every need rounded off by superb meals prepared by a top class chef. Highly recommend Mokoyo Lodge for that break away from the city. You will feel very relaxed after a short stay.

Mokoya Lodge is the place to go if you want peace, quiet, good service and excellent food. The caring nature of the staff is unsurpassed and they do everything they can to make you feel welcome and well looked after. However, the rooms are very plain and there is no aircon or tv (having no tv was actually wonderful in the end). Also, the linen and towels (although changed everyday and that never happened anywhere else I've been) is a bit on the oldish side and could do with an upgrade - but this is a minor issue compared to the service and food and will only bother you if you like modern and new looking rooms. I must however note to be fair that the room was sparkling clean and was serviced every day by very friendly housekeeping staff.

Romantic Rest and Relaxation was what my girlfriend and I wanted, and that is exactly what we got out of the weekend ... albeit only 2 nights :) The dinner was awesome, everything cooked and presented to perfection - 20/10 ... Breakfast as well! All meals were just the right amount, not too much. The lamb Shank and Rump were WOW. The staff were great - "Ranger" Raymond, Peter, John and Redmond were uber friendly, helpful.
Absolute value for money.
The lodge is well situated - not too far out, and close enough to other amenities, sights and attractions.
