The place itself is absolutely beautiful from the rooms, to the pool, to the scenery outside. The view of the beach from the balcony is such a breathtaking site especially upon sun rise. The unit was beautiful decorated, peaceful and very safe. As a family, we all agree that the trip was well enjoyed here at no. 8 La Vista, and will definitely be returning for another amazing experience.

The views are absolutely breathtaking. We have returned to this unit 3 times. The unit is private and peaceful. We had an amazing recharge with the gorgeous views of the ocean. The unit is clean and has everything you need while on holiday. The beach is beautiful and is very close by. Will definitely return.

Our stay at 8 La Vista was one of great peace. As a family the unit offers great space and privacy for each member of the family. We felt safe and relaxed! The deck offers the most breathtaking views, and inside we enjoyed the open space living. Everything inside and out is well looked after and all appliances are of great quality and in tip top shape. We will return in 20206.

What a beautiful house. We will definitely return again. From the bedding to the amazing see view. The private pool overlooking the beach did add a lot to the experience. Safe complex with guards walking made us feel more at ease with little one. Would definitely recommend.

The host is friendly and responsive. The location is amazing - the views to die for. The house is well kept with great appliances and the option for help if needed. What an amazing deck and plunge pool - this location is a must see and we had the best time! The complex also has communal facilities like a pool and trampoline etc for the kids. Super friendly and professional owner. This a beautiful cottage in a well secured estate. Set in a great location with both communal and private swimming pool and braai area. This estate has other communal facilities that will keep both toddlers and teens occupied. It has breathtaking sea views. The cottage is well equipped with all appliances making your getaway relaxed and stress free. Follow all the advice for exploring from the host and you will be guaranteed to enjoy awesome activities. My family will be visiting this cottage very soon.

Second visit to a clean, classy, well furnished and equipped holiday getaway. Very secure with active security guards and systems. The huge deck is where you live. One of the best 180° views of the sea and lagoon area with the beach less than 50 meters away. Private plunge pool would be a bonus in summer. Best value for money and we will be back.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so spacious, comfortable, peaceful and very clean. The views are world class, we saw whales every day. I could not recommend this accommodation highly enough. We will definitely be back.

As usual, this place is awesome and magnificent. 4th time at 8 La Vista and each time is better than before. Excellent unit with marvelous seaviews. The family refuses to go anywhere else. Unit is always clean and fresh on arrival. The housekeeper Olive is a super awesome person. Such a sweet Gogo. Thank you Ishara for always accommodating us and making us feel comfortable. Wow, I don't know where to start... Ishara is an amazing host. The view is spectacular! The home was clean neat and modern and had everything you can think of, from dishwasher tablets to body sponges and shower gel. Everything about our stay was A+!!!! Honestly I think this unit is so under priced. I would definitely come back, again and again and again.

It was a dream come true. There are no words to describe the peace, cleanliness, tranquillity and the lovely views. My 78 year old mum who has been on holiday after 21 years enjoyed herself. My 10 year old daughter cried when we left as she didn't want her fun to end. The sunrise and sunset was beautiful. This is my holiday destination and would definitely recommend 8 La vista to all my friends and family. The helper Olive and Mandisa were more than helpful and friendly. The care and constant contact with Ishara made us feel very special. Thank you for this wonderful holiday home. We will definitely see it soon.

I would definitely recommend this place!

We loved the location of this vacation house right on the beach. Wide wooden deck overlooking the ocean, and rooms opening up on the wooden deck. So you can hear and see the ocean all the time.

It also has its own swimming pool which made it much easier for us because the children could swim while we braai & relax. There are also pools & trampoline in the complex that you can use.

The house is very well equipped with everything you need. We appreciated the dishwasher & washing machine - it made things a lot easier. And plastic ware for the little ones that very few holiday homes ever have.

We had a few maintenance issues while we were there. Which couldnt be resolved immediately because of the public holidays and difficulty to get spare parts. But the owners were very supportive and tried to help and even offered us free DSTV etc. We realise that things unfortunately do not break according to a planned schedule.

Mtwalume is close to Hibberdene for groceries (12km) but otherwise you have to drive for everything. About 45 minutes either way for excursions and movies etc. That I think is sincerely the only drawback because the house is so lovely. But despite that we did excursions every second day.

The beach is awesome for small children! Peaceful, with a lovely tidal pool. We spent hours on the beach and in that tidal pool! And it is very close to the house.

I can definitely recommend it to any family looking for quality self-catering accomodation! Would love to come back!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at No 8 La Vista.
The establishment is neat, clean and tidy. All the furnishings have been well-maintained making the cottage feel really smart and up-market.
We really enjoyed that it is so close to the beach. It has such great views of the ocean and the lagoon.
Ishara is also very accommodating and is really helpful and quick to respond to queries.
I would definitely recommend this place!

I feel that 8SS La Vista is the best unit on the block, having previously stayed in a couple. Stunning sea views and breathtaking scenery makes this a must, for your week away. The kids really had a blast. Thumbs up from all of us.
