The place was very lovely, homely, clean. The place is so safe with a perfect view, big balcony. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is one of the best for me and we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was on point and to our satisfactory. The security at the reception and by the basement was helpful and friendly. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We had a lovely stay. The view was amazing. The apartment was clean but needs a deep spring clean and a little maintenance.

Well situated close to everything, beautiful Ocean and ushaka marine view. I give it five stars. I will definitely go back. My friends and I had a wonderful stay.

Our home away from home! Its the only place we ever stay when in Durban. Always have excellent service from the owner. Location is perfect on the doorsteps of Ushaka. Everything is within walking distance.
Apartment is always celan and tidy. Views are breathtaking. We noticed nice new lounge set on our last visit as well. Parking is really safe and convenient.
Highly recommended.

My family loved the place from the moment we walked in. It's beautiful, quiet, clean and safe. The view is to die for. It's a few minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend The Spinnaker 214

The place is very neat and lovely.But it had a cigarette smell which was problem for non smoker like me.

I loved walking to ushaka marine and having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view. The owner is very professional.

The apartment has a lot of cockroaches and drapes has holes. We inform Muhammed this things but nothing happened, we living aparment one week. The balcony offers a great view of the sea and Ushaka Marine Word, location for Spinnaker is great, but next time different aparment. Kari Poutiainen, Finland

Dear Guest We are sad to hear of your dissapointment in your stay. Every effort was and continues to be made to rectfy the situation. Please understand that a cockroach infestation can occur quite suddnely in beach front properties. We had therfore sent out a pest control team while you were away the day after your complaint to remedy the situation. We have also comissioned a new set of drapes to be installed in the next two weeks. Apologies once again for the inconvenience that youve encounted. Absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed every moment of the stay at 214 Spinnaker. The room and the view was great. Cleanliness was very good. Wiil definetley visit again

We has a great stay at 214 Spinnaker.It was a breath of fresh air to just wake up to the clean air of the ocean. The flat as a whole is just beautiful, clean, near the beach overlooking Ushaka Marine, convenient public transport, quiet, safe. The securities at the reception were very nice and professional. Our apartment was clean and neat as well, with everything you need for a self catering place. Everything was just perfect and i can recommend it to anyone. Going back there soon.
