Lovely little apartment with all you need for a beach holiday. The views are too beautiful and allow for a feeling of peace and a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The swimming pool is close by and can be viewed from the apartment, and the beach and promenade are basically on your doorstep. The apartment is kitted out well and close to shops and restaurants. Annemarie is a top class host and checked on us constantly. She made sure we were comfortable and was so helpful when we needed anything. We so enjoyed our family holiday at 110 Boulders (EVEN with the beaches being closed!!)

This is the second time that we have rented this apartment. The apartment's location is perfect, a short distance from Granny's Pool, a quiet beach with swim options for smaller children. We cannot fault the apartment itself and what it offers. Annemarie is hands-on, enquired a few times and ensured that our stay was one to remember. The apartment is spacious, clean and neat with beautiful furniture. The view from the patio is stunning and you can keep an eye over the pool area. The parking bay is well situated, on the same floor and under-cover. The apartment building over all is secure, neat, with well kept gardens and braai facilities and sparkling pool. We have already booked our next visit!

Dit is baie skoon en gerieflik en die kamers is ruim en baie smaakvol gemeubeleer. Dit is wonderlik om met n koffietjie op die balkon te sit en oor die see uit te kyk en dan word jy sommer beloon met dolfyne wat so speels verby gaan net om jou te verwelkom. Annemarie sorg ook altyd dat jou verblyf vlot verloop en dat alles in plek is.
Dit is voorwaar die plek om vakansie te hou. 10 uit 10 vir 110 Boulders!!!!!!

Lovely well equipped and modern apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Perfect location and the owners were easy to deal with. I live overseas and can recommend this apartment to all.

Ons gaan al die afgelope paar jaar elke Desember na die woonstel toe en was nog nooit teleurgesteld nie. Die plek is pragtig en modern. Die kamers is groot genoeg, die badkamers is modern en skoon en die kombuis is gerieflik ingerig. Die balkon kyk uit op die swebad en het 'n pragtige uitsig oor die see. Annamarie is vriendelik en gasvry en altyd bereid om te help met enige versoek, die diens is fantasties. Ek sal nie enige ander plek vakansie hou nie!

We have stayed at 110 The Boulders several times over the past few years and every time we enjoyed the extremely comfortable and luxury apartment with the majestic view over the ocean. The owners are very friendly and also very accommodating with regards to any special requests. This apartment is our favourite place for a holiday where we can relax and enjoy the beach which is very close. We have also taken our overseas visitors to 110 The Boulders and they were impressed. We hope to be able to spend many more holidays at 110 The Boulders.

Fantastic holiday flat. Comfortable, modern, clean, safe, spacious and has everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely veranda with view of the beach. We have made use of this flat for probably 10 years and are very happy to keep returning. Fabulous owners who keep renovating and updating the unit and who are very accommodating and extremely proud of their unit. Can't wait to return!
