| Deposit: 50% Deposit required within 7 days of making the booking. For weekend Bookings (Friday through Sunday or less) or for Bookings totaling less than R2000.00 the full amount is required within 7 days of making the booking. The Balance must be paid in full 7 days before arrival. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival must be paid in full upon acceptance of quotation. Cleaning Fee: R600 on all Bookings (2020) Refundable Breakage Deposit: R400 on all Bookings |

| In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). |
