This self-catering apartment provides the perfect setting for a rejuvenating holiday retreat or can be used as a lock-up-and-go-explore the sights and sounds of cosmopolitan Cape Town. Portico 606 is a spacious and fully furnished self-catering apartment with 180deg views of the Atlantic Ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island.

Two double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, balcony and one secure underground parking bay. The apartment sleeps 4 guests. The apartment is fully equipped with luxury cotton linen and towels are provided.

It has a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a microwave, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine &tumble dryer. Entertainment area with 32" LCD TV, a large spacious balcony with a 4-seater solid aluminium table and chairs. A large gas Webber braai is available on the balcony for the braai enthusiast. A Cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost based on a daily rate. Secure parking bay for one car. All amenities within walking distance. Available on a daily or weekly basis, special rates for longer periods.

Portico is the newest development in Blaauwberg (January 08) and is situated on the beachfront. There are restaurants and bars alongside this luxury apartment whilst cinemas, a large shopping centre and banks are 5 minutes by car.

Blouberg is ideal for wind surfing, kite surfing, running, cycling, and many other outdoor activities. Below the apartment is a kite surfing shop (kite hire, lessons and bicycle hire) a delicatessen and restaurant.

The apartment is close to the Durbanville wine route, Stellenbosch wine route and Franschhoek wine farms. Atlantic Beach Golf course is approx. 5km away.
Canal Walk Shopping Centre, the biggest mall in the Western Cape is approx. 7km away with the V&A Waterfront approx. 20km away.

    Detail description : The apartment is right on the beach with views of Table Mountain and Robben Island. The sunset is spectacular which happens right in front of you over Robben Island. The apartment is modern, clean and fully equipped. If you don't feel in the mood to cook, restaurants are just 5 min walk away. Parking is underground and secure.
