Mid season [Feb, Mar, Apr [Excl Easter], Sept, Oct, Nov] R2500.00 per night Main house [12 persons] - Cottage only [4 persons] R925.00 per night

Low season [May, Jun, Jul, Aug] R2000.00 per night Main house [12 persons] - Cottage only [4 persons] R750.00 per night.

Minimum stay is 2 nights excluding High season which is 2 weeks.

The maximum number of guests occupying the house is 12, including children.
Booked guests arriving with more than 12 persons shall be denied access.

Owners reside on the property and therefore no loud music / parties will be allowed.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Balance payable 1 month prior to arrival.

A breakage deposit of R5000.00 is payable before arrival and any balance owed after exit inspection shall be refunded within 30 days.
