50% deposit to secure booking (refundable up to 2 weeks prior to arrival).

50% confirmation deposit plus breakage deposit.

50% payment two weeks before arrival.

Breakage deposit is R2000 which is non refundable if they cancel. Once the cottage is checked over, it will be returned.
