P2 is a two-bedroomed apartment in the secure Goose Valley Golf Club resort overlooking the lagoon at Plettenberg Bay and the Indian Ocean beyond. Set in indigenous gardens, it has tennis courts, a swimming pool, a squash court, kilometres of walking and cycling tracks and a Gary Player-designed 18-hole golf course.
The newly refurbished ground-floor apartment is self-catering with a with a totally remodeled kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. You can also walk to the Club's excellent restaurant and bar or drive into Plett and sample the town's wide range of eateries.
Accommodation consists of a main bedroom with a king-size bed, with lagoon and ocean views; one twin-bedded room; fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances; bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle; and a lounge/dining room opening out on to a patio, the extensive gardens and lagoon beyond. There's a Weber barbecue, patio table and chairs, and outdoor sofa. For entertainment, there's a 50-inch Samsung flat-screen LED TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, a selection of DVDs, cable TV and a range of books and guides to local attractions.
A baby cot can be provided on request. We provide all necessary bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
The golfing experience is further enhanced by a state-of-the-art driving range with practice chipping, putting and bunker play facilities. The excellent Pro Shop offers hire of golf carts, clubs and lessons, if required. Oh – and the green fees are a real bargain! And there are four other great 18-hole golf courses within a 30-minute drive. There's Plettenberg Bay Country Club less than 6 km away, Knysna Golf Club, Pezula Golf Club and Simola Golf Club.
A 10-minute drive will take you to spectacular life-guarded beaches in Plett, Keurbooms, and Nature's Valley. Or take the 30-minute drive to the town of Knysna with its own beautiful vistas, shops and restaurants. There's so much else to do in and around Plett. You can hike on the numerous local forest trails, go on a game drive, visit the numerous wildlife parks, go kayaking, horse-riding, rent a boat, go surfing or paddleboarding.
