2 months before stay date: 100% of deposit is refundable.
1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
Terms Of Payment
50 % Deposit secures the booking.
Balance of payment due 15 working days before occupation.

Rules/Conditions
Overcrowding not permitted – unit sleeps six people including children.
Please do not braai on patio or use electric braai inside the unit.
Unit must not be used for parties or other celebrations, to show consideration to other guests.
R30 per night for per extra vehicle to be paid to complex manager. (This applies to day visitors as well)
