2022 Rates:

Easter and School Holidays 
From R850.00 per day for bookings of more than 7 days.
From R1000.00 per day for less than 7 days.

December school holidays 
From R1400 per day for bookings of more than 7 days.
From R1450 per day for bookings less than 7 days.

Mid-Peak (Long Weekends)
R850.00 to R1000.00 per day

Off-Peak
Week Days: (Monday to Thursday) From R500.00 per day
Weekends: (Friday and Saturday) From R800.00 per day

Please Note:

• All above prices are negotiable according to length of stay.
• 50% deposit secures booking, balance payable 10 working days before booking date.
• Once-off Cleaning Fee of R650.00 and a Refundable Breakage deposit of R300.00 will be charged.
• Daily house keeping can be negotiated with your host on arrival.

• Cancellations made 30 working days or more before arrival date -No Charge
• Cancellations made between 29 and 11 days before arrival date - 50% of total
• Cancellations made 10 days or less before arrival - 100% of total.
