Misty Homes Farmhouse and Cottage - RATES

Farmhouse Rates
Off Season Weekdays:: R5 000 per night
Off Season Weekends: R5 500 per night
Peak Season: R6 000 per night

Cottage Rates
Off Season Weekdays: R2 000 per night
Off Season Weekends and Peak Season: R2 500 per night
All amenities of the farm are available to our cottage patrons as well.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Terms and Conditions:
  • No smoking indoors
  • Minimal noise from 10pm to 7am
  • Use of all apparatus at own risk
  • No removal of property belonging from Misty Farm
    (eg.taking kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, or containers for external picnics)
  • No pets indoors
  • Additional persons will be charged per head per night of stay
  • Day visitors allowed until 5pm only
  • Check in time is from 11am to 4pm
  • Check out time is at 11am
  • Access to property via live-in caretaker
  • Cleaning services included - from 8am to 12 pm everyday for basic duties.
    Any further needs to be arranged personally at guests' expense
  • Damage / broken items to be paid for within 7 working days - fair wear amd tear excluded.
  • Keys to be left with care taker on departure.
