REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Credit Card Details or a Bank Transfer for a Refundable Deposit is required and utilized in the event of damages to Property or to settle any extra’s during the guest/s stay for which no payment / declaration was received in good faith before check-out. This Deposit will be refunded once the Unit was Checked by Mar E Sol Management and written confirmation was received thereof.

Arrival & Departure Times
UPON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival casual personnel are available to unpack vehicles and assist in offloading items into Units (security staff unfortunately cannot leave their posts). Guests for the first time, please report to Reception to arrange this or for Management to try and assist or security after hours (emergency numbers posted on reception walls).

Rules/Conditions
PARKING
The bottom & top parking areas each have 1 numbered pre-allocated parking bay. Both parking areas have alternate dedicated spaces for trailer, boat and quad bike storing. There is sufficient parking space in the Complex for Home Owners their families and guests alike. The top parking area has a wash bay that can facilitate vehicle, boat and Jet Ski washing.

MAID SERVICES
Maids are available to clean Units for an hour each day in peak season and for an alternate two hours a day in quieter periods. The cleaning is a basic service and includes sweeping of the Unit, washing dishes, making up of beds, dusting, bathroom cleaning and refuse removal. Please arrange with Reception a time suitable for them to clean the unit daily/

CASUAL WORKERS
Guests may hire casual workers at their discretion but it is suggested that casual workers are not allowed into houses or to wander through the Estate. Casual workers must sign in and out of the Complex at the security office each day. On site Management can assist with obtaining casual workers upon request, please enquire at reception for assistance in this regard.

LAUNDRY
The Laundry located in the top parking is a private entity sub contracted to a local person that supplies the washing machine, tumble dryers, washing powder, electricity, ironing etc. Please contact Reception for a Price List and arrangements around your laundry needs.

SECURITY
Out of a team of 14 there are 4 security personnel on duty in the Complex at all times, one located at the top boom gate, one located at the bottom gate, one located at the phase 11 guard house and the remaining person patrols the Complex. Security personnel control the entry and exit of all guests, casual workers and staff into the Complex plus responds to House alarm activations and conduct general checks on perimeter fences, parking areas etc. It is recommended that security personnel are not permitted into the Units at any time.

ON-SITE EMERGENCY
On –site emergencies may be dealt with immediately by contacting the Manager on duty in the Reception Office during office hours and after hours by locating Security Personnel who will then contact on-site Management to immediately respond to the issue. Emergency Mozambique & SA Management mobile numbers are posted on the Reception office walls plus inside security guard houses.

BEACH GATE
The Beach Gate has been upgraded to include a new locking mechanism that will not default if slammed plus a back-up battery and charger located in a box next to the gate so if the power is out the gate will still open. All Guests are advised to PLEASE keep the gate closed at all times.

The Owners, Management and Mar E Sol Staff shall not be liable for any claims, including but not limited to that of theft, injury, loss and/or damages due to negligence or any other cause whatsoever, to Property or Persons, visiting Unit 7 Mar E Sol.
