Conference rates: The below packages are inclusive of the venue along with TV, screen, Data projector, flipchart, paper & pens, refreshing still water and mints provided on the tables. STANDARD PACKAGE @ R185 per delegate beverages on arrival (tea/coffee/muffin) midmorning break to follow with assorted sandwiches and juice (2 juice options), a finger lunch and a afternoon break with your beverages and a snack. (The Finger Lunch platter can range from a savoury platter, assorted sandwich platter, cheese & cracker platter etc.) EXECUTIVE PACKAGE @ R225 per delegate Our Executive Package includes all the above except instead of the finger lunch we provide a full meal and dessert. R650 per full day venue hire fee and R450 per half day venue hire fee

Cancellation Policy

. The following cancellation fees apply on full booking fees if there is a cancellation or a no show:
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee is applicable based on the outstanding 50% balance
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival, a 100% cancellation fee is applicable
