| PEAK SEASON - R10 000 per night 12 December 2024 - 12 January 2025 (Minimum Stay of 7 nights) HIGH SEASON - R5 000 per night School Holidays 2024 (Minimum Stay of 3 nights) 20/03/2024 to 02/04/2024 14/06/2024 to 08/07/2024 20/09/2024 to 30/09/2024 LOW SEASON - R4 000 per night All other times (Minimum Stay of 2 nights) 50% deposit to confirm booking, full balance payable 7 days before arrival CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of a cancellation of a booking the following cancellation policy will apply: - Cancellation prior to 30 days to will incur an administration fee of 10% of the deposit value - Cancellation 15 - 29 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of total accommodation value - Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total accommodation value - Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of total accommodation value Full Peak Season deposit not refundable. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000,00 is payable before arrival. Refund will be paid within 7 days from departure. Keys for Lighthouse will not be handed over unless the breakage deposit has been received.
