Terms Of Payment
To make the reservation we would require a 50% deposit of the total cost of accommodation on receiving your invoice.
The remaining balance is payable 21 days before arrival.
Banking details will be provided when necessary.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.
No cancellations or existing reservation bookings are exchangeable or to be carried over or moved for a new date. Only in the case of the death or hospitalization of the person for whom the reserved booking was made.
Refunds for cancellations will only be made according to the length of notice of cancellation
"provided" if and only if an alternative reservation booking for the exact date can be made.
If in any case a guest is unable to "honor" his reservation booking it will be considered as a cancellation

Rules/Conditions
This is a private family apartment that is also rented out for holiday letting, it is very well maintained and all fixtures are regularly inspected and repaired by the owner.
Daily cleaning service is included. (None on Sundays & Public Holidays)
Overflow parking is catered for. Motor vehicles and trailers may only be parked in these bays.
Single garage available for guests.
The Apartment has been serviced and reserved for our Non-Smoking Guests.
Smoking in this Apartment may result in a deep-cleaning fee.
Please keep the doors, sliding doors, and windows closed if the air conditioners are running.
Be aware that UVB + UVA sun protection products leave stubborn stains on bedding (linen) and furniture.
Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages ECT.
Due to security beams no linen, towels or clothes may be hung on balconies, windows or outside the building. Toweling rack is available.
No Pets / birds are allowed or any group of students / matriculates.in the complex
Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons children included is (6) to sleep.
Only the amount of people as stated on the invoice, more people than that will be asked to leave immediately.
No disorderly conduct whatsoever is allowed.
Any misbehavior or disturbances will lead to immediate eviction.
Prior to departure, please ensure that the apartment is locked, and left in the same condition as it was on arrival. If excessive cleaning needs to be carried out a R 750 fee will be levied. Please remember to drop off the keys at drop off box (this location will be given when booking
is confirmed) and not to be left with security guards or domestics.
We take every care to ensure that all TVs and appliances are in working order.
Faulty appliances and TVs will be attended to as soon as possible and no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard.
Please remember to bring your own bath and beach towels.
