| Deposits A 50% deposit is required to secure accommodation on booking, the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Management reserves the right, without prior notice, to immediately cancel any or all accommodation for which deposits are outstanding after the due date. Cancellation policy applies when it is not possible to relet canceled accommodation in time. Cancellation Policy Less than 2 weeks notice – 100% of fee will be forfeited Less than 4 weeks notice – 50% forfeited Less than 8 weeks notice – 25% forfeited Over 8 weeks notice – full refund Upon confirmation of a booking your accommodation is reserved exclusively for you, therefore no refund will be given to a guest leaving prior to the booked departure date. Whats Included? Service – units are serviced in the mornings ONLY Linen – sheets, pillows, duvets, bath towels (swimming towels NOT supplied) Tariff subject to change without notice. Please note: In line with our grading system and as we outsource our linen to community empowerment for cleaning we replace bath towels twice a week. Should you require clean towels daily you will need to bring extra or alternatively the laundry project charges R7 per towel for collecting/ washing on days outside of the standard rotation.
