This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 10 years for a minimum of 4 nights stay, out of season, 7 nights stay, in season (School holidays) and 10 nights stay, peak season (December/January School holiday).

The flat is on the ground floor situated at the main Willard’s (Lifesaver protected) beach. There are a variety of shopping complexes and restaurants in town (about 4 km away). The flat is about 20 km from the King Shaka International Airport and about 54 km north of Durban.

Our flat is serviced every day (except weekends & public holidays.) This service is in the form of cleaning the bathrooms and showers, dusting and the sweeping and mopping of the floors and does NOT include the making of beds, nor the washing of dishes, etc. – unless with prior arrangement between the Cleaner and the Tenant, at an agreed price between them, for the Tenant’s cost. If any dishes are left to be washed upon your departure, (in the absence of above agreement), a fee of R75.00 will be deducted from your breakage deposit refund.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an on-suite bathroom with a shower suitable for disabled Tenants, a wash basin and toilet. A laptop and smaller safe are available. There is a dresser and chair, 2 bedside tables and lamps in the bedroom.

The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, a bunk bed suitable for children under 10 years of age, a dresser, chair, bedside table and lamp. The 2nd bathroom has a corner bath, a stand-alone shower, a washbasin and toilet.

Linen is supplied but bring your own bath and swimming towels.

The rest of the flat is open plan and the lounge leads onto a patio and a private lawn. Both bedrooms the lounge and the dining room have ceiling fans.

The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4-plate stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and a double sink.

Internet reception is available in the flat, provided the Tenant has their own “dongle” or another form of internet connection.

The Complex has its own swimming pool, communal braai area with cement tables and benches under cover.

There is allocated vehicle parking in the garage for one (1) vehicle. There is open and trailer parking available within the Complex, which can be arranged with the Complex Managers.
