This beautiful double story 4-bedroom / 3-bathroom holiday house has been designed and furnished with comfort and elegance in mind; with all the creature comforts to make it the perfect home away from home for up to 8 guests. The house is situated in a security estate just off Sheffield Drive, a short walk (2 minutes) to a private and safe beach.
Bed & Bathrooms:
Three of the spacious, comfortable bedrooms are on the second floor and two have ocean views and balcony access. All the rooms have full-size built-in cupboards for guest's use and sufficient space to store luggage away to forget that this is not your own home!
The master bedroom and the 4th bedroom both have en suite bathrooms; the master bedroom has its own TV with DSTV and you can see the ocean from the bath and shower!
Master Bedroom: King size bed, en suite bathroom (large shower, bathtub, twin basins) and private powder room; ocean views from bedroom & bathroom; balcony access.
2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed, ocean views, balcony access, share bathroom (shower, full size bathtub, toilet and basin) with 3rd bedroom.
3rd Bedroom: Twin three-quarter beds, share bathroom with 2nd bedroom.
4th Bedroom: Double bed with en suite bathroom (shower, toilet and basin) and private entrance.
The outdoor shower helps to sea keep sea sand out of the house.
Linen & Towels:
Linen is 100% cotton with fluffy pillows and duvets. High quality bath and beach towels are provided.
Downstairs is the open plan living area, entertainment area with pool table, kitchen and dining room - all with ocean views. The couches in the living room are comfortable and face the large flat screen TV with full DSTV package. A spacious powder room is tucked away next to the stair case.
Step through the glass sliding doors to the outside and you are on the terrace, with comfortable patio lounge set, as well as a table and chairs to enjoy meals outside next to the modern gas BBQ, crystal clear swimming pool and small, manicured lawn. The layout plus ocean views are is just perfect for relaxing family time after a long day at the beach!
The kitchen and scullery feature state of the art full-size chrome-finished Samsung appliances, e.g. a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, microwave, 4-burner stove and oven. Quality cutlery and crockery for the discerning guest who enjoys entertaining and perfect for a family or group of friends.
The double garage has an electric door and direct access into the house.
Beautiful and quiet beach a 2 minute walk away and ideal for fishing.
Nearby is the main Salt Rock beach with large tidal pool, perfect for swimming, snorkeling and water sports.
The house is a 15 minute drive from King Shaka Airport.
The Flag Animal Farm is approximately 10km away and a fantastic outing for kids.
uShaka Marine World is just a 40 minute drive away.
Mountain biking at Holla Trails is 10 minutes away.
Umfolozi / Hluhluwe Big 5 Game Reserve is a 2 hour drive away.
For everyday shopping, the Tiffany's shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away, with a Super Spar, Clicks, excellent restaurants and medical centre.
Serious shoppers will enjoy the nearby Gateway World of Shopping & Ballito Junction.
