| Terms Of Payment |
| To confirm your booking 50% of total accommodation cost is required. The outstanding balance plus a breakage deposit is payable on collection of keys via cash or EFT. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Peak period deposit only refundable if time and uint reserved is re-booked, a 10% admin fee is chargeable. Other periods deposit will be refunded if more than 30days from arrival date. |

| Arrival after 2pm and departures before 10am. Unless prior arrangements with management. |
